Assuming you’re talking to the people you’re looking to connect with. Assuming you spoke to them at the right time. Assuming your message is as good as you can make it. How many data points do you need before deciding to change, abandon, pivot or double down on your approach?
Do you react after one? Five? Twenty? Do you iterate after each one or do you collect more data?
Having a strategy for receiving feedback is as important as receiving it well.
